Cosmic Spell respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of Cosmic Spell products and services to do the same. If Cosmic Spell becomes aware of the content on Cosmic Spell's websites or within its video game products that it reasonably believes infringes the intellectual property rights of others (e.g. copyrights, design rights, and trademarks),  it may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, remove or lock any such content. Cosmic Spell may also at its sole discretion limit access to Cosmic Spell products and services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who Cosmic Spell reasonably believes are infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

Notice and Procedure for Notifying Cosmic Spell of Claims of Copyright and other Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that any material on Cosmic Spell's websites or within its video game products infringes intellectual property rights (e.g. copyrights, design rights, and trademarks) which you own or control, you may notify Cosmic Spell by using the contact details indicated below. To help Cosmic Spell assess and process your notification, you should clearly identify the relevant intellectual property right alleged to be infringed.

Legal Information

Distribution in any form and any channels now known or in the future of derivative works based on the copyrighted property trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other proprietary property (Fan Art) of COSMIC SPELL, S.L. (Cosmic Spell), its affiliates and licensors constitutes a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license from the Fan Art's creator to COSMIC SPELL, S.L. (Cosmic Spell) to use, transmit, copy, modify, and display Fan Art (and its derivatives) for any purpose. No further consideration or compensation of any kind will be given for any Fan Art. Fan Art creator gives up any claims that the use of the Fan Art violates any of their rights, including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas or any other right, including the right to approve the way such material is used. In no uncertain terms, COSMIC SPELL, S.L. (Cosmic Spell)'s use of Fan Art constitutes a grant to Fan Art's creator to use the COSMIC SPELL, S.L. (Cosmic Spell) intellectual property or Fan Art beyond a personal, non-commercial home use.
